What a find!!!!!! Today you are bidding on a rare, hard to find, perfect condition, candy container. This is called the "Winking Cat, Stretched Neck". Kovel's 2005 price guide lists it at $4730.00. It was produced in 1925 by the Victory Glass Co. The back side is embossed VG Co JNET PA AV 1 OZ. T are no chips, cracks or dings. The lid is original and has a slight amount of rust on the inside. Paint is 50% present. I am not an expert and the only thing I am not sure of is if the paint is original or if it had been painted at some point in time. The eyes and ribbon are gold and the body is black. I received this from the original owner who received it as a child. It is 51/4" tall and the base is 2" across. I insist on tracking and insurance for this item.
