First of all we found a box with 9 white ware Winston Churchill “The Great Statesman” Toby’s in, 7 have been sold and I have the last two for sale through eBay. Rare Winston Churchill “The Great Statesman.” Toby Jug by Kevin Francis Ceramics, manufactured by Peggy Davies Ceramics. This Beautiful and classic “The Great Statesman.” Toby Jug stands just over 9.5 inches tall; Winston Churchill can be seen seated holding onto a BBC microphone read out his speech to the nation. The handle at the rear has a small bulldog head to the top on the handle. This Winston Churchill Toby Jug is an exclusive guild release Toby Jug for 1999/2000 and modelled by world renowned sculptor Andy Moss, and was designed by Pamela Jones.
