LIMITED EDITION ONLY 624 PIECES WORLDWIDE! . The item for auction is one, 1/72nd scale, Witty Wings Sky Guardians F-16C "Fighting Falcon. The aircraft is finished in the colorful livery of the 188th FW, Arkansas Air National Guard, Ebbing ANGB, Fort Smith, Arkansas, circa 2006; the "Flying Razorbacks". The Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single engine multi role jet fighter originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force. It was first flown in 1974. The Falcon has evolved into a versatile multi mission aircraft, and has been adopted by the air forces of 26 nations. Over 4400 of the type have been built, and advanced versions are still being purchased by export customers. In addition to combat roles in the USAF, the Falcon is also flown by the famous USAF demonstration team, the "Thunderbirds". Witty Wings F-16C features detailed panel lines, landing gear, pilot figure, and full underwing stores. The colorful "Razorback" is nicely rendered on the tail of the aircraft. This is a very limited edition model, with only 624 pieces produced. A collectors card is included. The model is as new, never having been displayed. The box exhibits only minor shelf wear.
