Up for auction is a: WM 1776 New Hampshire Copper Penny Cent Rare Token Coin Has "T" on one side. � These tokens were commonly bought as souvenirs in California during the mid 1800's to the early 1900's. They can even be acquired, usually in replica mint sets even today. This token, I believe, was sold as a souvenir prior to 1960. Much information is available about the smaller denominations of souvenir tokens. Actual gold quality or quantity (if any) is unknown. The date of mfg is also an estimate. Bid accordingly.
