is a busy paperweight, hard to photograph to show all the detail. T are two flags who's poles meet in a V, and an eagle above the V. T are the initials F. C. S.. Below all that t is what appears to be a flower pot with flowers. Measures about 3 1/4" in diameter. Some scuffing, scratches, and small chips on the base, as is as found . Problems mainly happen for two reasons, we actually can make an error or mistake or miss something when handling old used items. We are not afraid to admit that or correct it. But problems also happen because bidders do not take the time to read what we have taken the time to explain below or to read the description or to look at the photos. We are very clear and no one is forcing you to bid, and bidding means accepting the terms below, so please give us a few minutes and read the information carefully. Keep in mind that these items are not ours, so our auctions need to be handled with more guidelines than other sellers require. We invoice the day after the auction once we have packed and we compare USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. We pack well. We ship within one business day of receiving payment. We also hope that you will use common sense when leaving feedback. We can not control how long items take to get to you after we drop them off, especially if you choose parcel post or media mail. We can not control that the post office seems incapable of scanning boxes shipped parcel post most of the time. We can not control what shippers charge for shipping or that the post office eliminated surface for international shipping.
