Well a New Year is well under way...and dear ole man winter finally for just a bit I guess...before madame spring awakens....just a few more weeks it'll be time for starting tomato plants inside and planning the garden...2007 it will be a good one ..... the very best to all of you and yours...It has been a superb month for some great estate buying and some higher end Connecticut & downstate New York auction & shows ... and last but not least a great month for catching up with ole well missed friends & family who we cherish....... We have the honor of presenting to you yet another piece from a fantastic local Saratoga Springs New York estate......this estate had allot of gold, silver and all kind of gems...we will be listing continually all week........Wonderful Cameos in this estate auction as well.... is our next beauty...she's a bit later c1900 - 30's....she is lovely and nice great detail to the carving...a beautiful profile hair with hair comb jewelry....and shoulder flower....nice reliefe ...great creamy ivory color with coral shell color...in very good condition..no damage found...measures aprox. 1 1/4" height.......a great loose Cameo ready for a setting for a brooch or pendant.......unscrubbed could use a wash and you'll be all set...many collectors prefer to collect single loose cameos as they are framed for display....this one would be great for your collection...a good place to start one or for inventory...from a superb local estate.........very reasonable buy it now and enough room still for resale.......pictures show accurate color and condition..........Please check our other listings, this piece and some others we'll be listing this week are from a fine local estate with such high end jewelry it makes me want to keep it all of course....great high end merchandise truly a mixed bag of wonderful victorian jewelry & smalls to 40's and 50's era...all in unbelievably cared for condition with some pieces not appearing even worn.......this is a great estate fresh item for your vintage jewelry collection or gift giving and reasonable enough for dealer resale...
