is a great old advertising item that is dated 1917. Made by what looks like Parisian Novelty Co. Chicago. Shows Monroe County Savings Bank Rochester NY, with the main State St office on one side and a branch on East Ave on the other. Light wear, overall excellent condition. Measures 2 1/2" in diameter. SHIPPING : Need a shipping quote just ask, we are more than happy to provide one - but give us enough time to do so. With the new postage rates box dimensions are required on larger items to get a quote which means estimates are estimates as we are unable to determine exact shipping until packing is complete, which is usually after the auction ends. We apologize up front for the new higher rates for any box over 12 x 12 x 12 going past the middle of the country from our end to you, but it is not our fault! Also in that situation the difference between parcel post and priority cost are substantial, so if you choose parcel post that means longer shipping times - also not our fault! Our quotes most of the time are over the actual but occasionally more. Delivery confirmation and insurance is required on all USA purchases, and insurance is required on all international purchases. Because insurance is required we can not use the less expensive uninsured shipping options for international shipping. Also the size at which the shipping cost jumps to Global Priority or Express has been reduced and any larger boxes are now very expensive to ship international. The auction sold price is the only amount that will be used on insurance or customs forms. We add $1 - $5 to most auctions for packing materials, box lots of breakable items or very fragile or large items may be more - we will mention the amount if it is over $10.00. SALES TAX will be added to purchases by all New York State Residents unless you provide a valid Resale Tax number. NY tax rates are based on w the item is delivered and applies to shipping and handling so amount is unknown until auction end. DAMAGE/RETURN POLICY : If you receive a damaged item either party can start a claim, do not throw away the box or packing materials until it is inspected.
