Antique Upholstered Solid Oak Wood Rocking Chair -- NO RESERVE! Enjoy the beauty and comfort of this genuine turn of the century antique solid oak wooden rocking chair with very comfortable uphostered cushioned seat. The cusioned seat is extra comfortable with a sophisticated antique spring system that works like new. Strong, solid construction. Made ca. 1890 to 1910, this short-backed chair has been modernly reupholstered with very comfortable fabric, and the chair has very slight wear in the rocking arc as proof of its genuine antiquity. The springwork looks original, and the chair really feels great to sit on. I see one screw underneath looks new, the other hardware looks original. Sure to pay for itself over time, this beautiful solid oak rocking chair of traditional American craftsmanship will bring joy and comfort to your home. Seat height is 16" from floor.
