I am selling a custom made wood carved church size,hand painted statue ,with real glass eyes of Our Lady of Lourdes.It stands 80 cm. tall which is approx. : 32 inches overall hieght. It is approx. 10 years old I had it custom made for me in Fatima,portugal in a art studio that the Cosolata Missionaries commission their work from. They ordered this statue made for me on their behalf. The statue is entirely made of wood and it is entirely painted by hand all by brushes and top quality paints. notice the shading of the colors it looks like a painting on canvas. As you could see from the photos she also has real gold gilded scroll work thru- out the statue. Every detail has not been ignored as you could see and the thing that makes this statue all so special is that you will not find one like this one anyw else in this entire world because its one of a kind even the two roses at the bottom of her feet are gilded in gold. Her face as you could see is so breathtaking and so beautiful she looks so life-like especially when you see it up close in person,notice she even has teeth showing on her expression.Im going to set the starting price low,so that someone will have a chance like I did to admire and appreciate religious art like myself.I also will mention that their is a small piece of paint missing on the back of the middle back area because of the crate that the statue came in but I assure you it is minor see photo. and their is two small pin holes on back of the head for you to put a halo if you wish.I also want to mention that this is a large statue that will cost extra ,more than usual to ship because of its size and weight. I am only asking for a fraction of what I paid originally ,do the research and you will pay way in the thousands for this statue. THANK YOU!!
