I carved and created this Pug dog from a piece of driftwood I found on the shores of California. All of my works are original and each piece is unique to the wood used. They are carved "in the round" -(front, sides, and back with careful attention to detail.) My tools are simple carving knives and sand-paper. The carving is then painted with acrylics, stain and sealer. Finished all around. Signed and dated by me on the bottom of the piece (Becky Current) Hope you enjoy this happy Pug as much as I did creating him or her ! Please remember, these are (ooak)"one of a kind "carvings and I create whatever inspires me at the time. I enjoy giving each one detailed attention and....I never really know what will emerge next :) Measures about 3" tall x 1 1/2" diameter at the widest point.
