Wooden Book Box w/ 2 Decanters and 4 Shot Glasses This is a really neat bar set. It is a wooden hinged box that looks like 2 stacked books. Inside is two decanters and four shot glasses. All in amber colored glass. Bottles have an embossed design. Sort of a reverse diamond point. The decanters have little metal signs that hang around the neck that have Bourbon, Scotch, Gin and Rye embossed on them. You just flip the sign to the side of which liqour you put in the bottle. Bottles have plastic stoppers on the glass tops. Bottles and glasses are in good condition with no chips or cracks. Box has an old world map on top. It has some tears in it that have been touched up with what looks like stain. Up on a shelf, you would probably not see the top. Has a slight musty smell. Really, really neat item. Also, the bottles have paper stamps on top of each that read 'PASSED J.G.I.A." I was curious as to what this meant and did a little research. What I found was that J.G.I.A. stands for "Job Growth and Infastrutcure Act. This appeared to be relavent to Durham, North Carolina......
