You are bidding on a lovely dolls' house filled with furniture and 6 characters (4 adults (2 of them elderly) - and 2 kids). The house came from the Early Learning Centre I think, and the furniture and people certainly did. All in excellent condition - played with very carefully and from a smoke and pet-free home. The house has 3 levels including the loft, overall dimensions are 61cm wide x 32cm deep x 63cm high. The various sets of furniture are then for the following rooms: Kitchen Lounge Bathroom Kids' bedroom Study Master bedroom There are approximately 40 pieces of furniture and at least 25 other items such as lamps, clocks, the computer equipment, train set, kitchen utensils etc etc. Happy to post if necessary but the total package is quite heavy, '2 day' courier will be used. Estimated cost of this service is £10, limited to UK mainland I'm afraid (and not including Scottish highlands). If paying by cheque then I will wait for it to clear before despatching.
