This is a used 1/12 scale dolls house, constructed from 9mm MDF. Dimensions:- 915mm wide, 346mm deep, 860mm high (all approx) The two front opening panels give easy access. Internally the house has 7 rooms (including loft area) with 3 staircases. The rooms have all been stripped ready for re-decoration The lighting system is powered via a 12vdc transformer supplied with a connecting lead and 3-pin plug to suit a domestic socket. Also included are several items as shown in the pictures. The house was originally going to feature a dress shop downstairs and most of the items reflect this. The house comes with a small garden area attached. This would make a great starter house. I'm afraid this is collection only as it's just not practical to post. I could deliver in the North Birmingham area if required for cost of fuel.
