You are bidding on a very rare GROTON horse stable. These stables were made about 4 years ago and only in limited quantities. It is the biggest toy stable that I have ever seen. You can easily fit 4-6 kids around this stable and have them play comfortably. It fits the larger Breyer ponies. The entire stable comes apart for easy storage and lays flat. This stable has been gently played with and is in excellent condition. If you have a child that loves horses this is by far the most incredible play stable that you will ever come across.

This all encompassing stable lets a child's imagination roam free. The four double-door stalls easily house full size Breyer ponies. A ladder lets a child access the roomy loft which offers a hinged side or the roof can be removed for easier access. The tack room is designed for small accessory storage like saddles, blankets, and reins. The folding corral fence allows for hours of open play.

Each building has a removable roof which enhances play value. The entire stable rests on a wooden board that came with it. The measurements of the three stables while on this board are: 32" x 32". The height of the stable with the steeple is 34". The approx. measurements of the two side stables are: (H) 17"x (W) 14.5" x (L) 16". Shipping on this item is very expensive because of the weight and the packaging needed to get it to you safely. Shipping insurance is required at $1.65 per each $50.00. ** I would prefer to do a pick-up only. Pick-up is in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.** My husband made a wooden board with casters to make moving the stable easy. Because of the solid weight of this board, it will only be included in the sale of this item if it is a pick-up only, I will not mail this board. This stable has remained in my daughters bedroom and has been well taken care of. It has never been stored in a basement or other damp area. It comes from my smoke free home.
