This robot is in working condition. He comes with his remote. He does not ship with batteries. I tested him this morning. Product Description: This 24" tall second generation Robosapien is now capable of autonomous behavior with sight, sound and touch senses. He has humanoid body movements including, bending, sitting, standing, lying down and getting up, waving and martial arts. Responds verbally to environmental stimuli and to controller commands. Color vision system: recognizes colors and skin tones; interacts with objects and people. IR Vision: detects and avoids obstacles and table edges. Tracks moving objects. True bi-pedal walking with multiple gaits. Precision gripping with articulated fingers. Non-smoking home. I am not combining shipping with this one because it is so large and fragile. I do have 2004 robosapien and roboraptor listed. Returns - I accept returns. The item must be returned to me in the same condition with everything I sent to you. I do not pay for postage. I will not refund shipping cost to or from my house. Note for this item that means that it returns in working condition.
