ANY QUESTIONS? E-MAIL ME @ The Border Legion Returns!Fulda 2009 The Blackhorse Association announces the initiation of plans for the Border Legion 2009 Reunion in Fulda, Germany. The reunion will center on Fulda, with separate squadron events taking place in Bad Hersfeld, and Bad Kissingen. These reunions will be open to all past and present Troopers who served with the 11th Armored Cavalry and 14th Armored Cavalry Regiment, as well as the Regimental Community and all separate units who supported the Regiments and comprised the Border Legion. The Blackhorse Reunion Planners have noted that:(1) T is clearly enough interest in keeping the Border Legion alive and in doing future reunions.(2) The 11th and the 14th Cavalry Regiments will have separate activities in the states (and Germany) over the next couple of years, while preparing for another reunion in Fulda/Bad Hersfeld/Bad Kissingen in 2009 (before we all got too old to get t and enjoy it).(3) The Blackhorse Association has hosted events in local areas over the last year and a half, which built toward the reunion in the Williamsburg area in June of 2007.
