This is a working Premier made in England High Hat stand, I don't know anything else about when it was made but I'm guessing 40's or 50's.

It was packed in an old case with some Radio King drums from the 40's

Also included is what looks like a cymbal stand also very old. I know some body out there needs this for their vintage set up
