Up for auction is a rare 60-70's vintage clock from the John Deere Store. It was aquired at a local sale and is believed to be from a local store in Columbia SC. The clock works great and the florescent light inside sometimes flickers, sometimes stays on for about a minute or two, and sometimes just won't light at all. I believe a new bulb would do the trick. I have included a picture of the inside of the clock. The clock comes apart with 4 screws and by removing the hands. I believe for all parts to be t The cord is in good shape and has no frays... The clock has no cracks on the front side and only a small one on the back side. The back side has turned yellow over the years and you can tell w the bulb has heated the back, but no melting or anything of that sort... The front is almost perfect! The hands are in good shape with only a couple small flakes of paint missing . The second hand has two chips less than a cm and the minute hand has 2 less than a mm. The paint on the front side of the clock is also good. The only small scratches are on the 6. The rest of the numbers are in excellent shape. The emblem itself has no scratches whatsoever! Some of the chrome paint around the edges has some small blemishes, but nothing major. The emblem is black and gold. The hands are black, the letters are black, and the second hand is red. The clock measures 16 inches by 16 inches with a depth of 5 inches. I can not make out who made the clock, but it looks like IKE BRIGHT ELECTRIC SIGNS? The sticker has faded out over the years. The bulb inside is marked clearly for replacement purposes. This is a great rare collectible! If you have any questions, pleas e feel free to email me and I will post them. I have included many great pictures. T is no reserve on the auction! Will ship Priority Mail in an insured container at a cost of 14.95. Thank you for your interest and good luck!
