This is an amazing piece of history. This tapestry/needlepoint is handmade celebrating the end of World War 1. It is needlepoint on canvas. Someone had this stretched and framed at one time. I would put it around 1918-1919 at the end of World War 1. It is British, judging by the crown, pictorial of Parliament, and Buckingham Palace, also for the fact that the Union Jack Flags get top billing over the US and French Flags. The quality is stunning. It is in such great condition. It is very large about 26" X 24". You can tell the age by looking at the edges of the canvas. This belongs in a Museum. All of the Flags represent the Allied powers or Entente Powers. The British empire, US, France, Italy, and Russia. Do not miss this one.
