If you are into collecting WW 2 items you may want to check these Helmets out both go to the highest bidder. Back in the mid 40's if you are a history buff a Jet crashed near Greenpond, thats a rural community between Spartanburg and Woodruff SC he was headed back to Donaldson Air Force Base in Greenville SC when the Jet crashed, believe it or not my grandfather was farming and was one of the first to reach the crash site, days after the crash he went back to the site thats were he pick up the pilots helmet I dont know if it was an extra one or the one the pilot was wearing and he told me that story and showed me an old newspaper about the crash. the combat training helmet was gave to me by my uncle. And as always thank you for looking at my auctions.
