These World War II Bausch & Lomb Mark 91, 6x50, Model 0 (ser. no. 280) submarine binoculars were permanently mounted on U.S. submarines' conning towers and were designed to withstand the enormous pressure when submerged. They weigh 40 pounds and are made from cast steel.These genuine submarine binoculars are a rare and important piece of history and a beautiful example of wartime optics.
