World War II Type Flying Goggles

These Goggles are in Good Condition for their age with leatherwork undamaged but minor wear can be seen in the photos as follows:-

There is some rust on the clips/brackets see Photo No.2

Coating wearing off lens surrounds in places see Photos 3 & 4

"Condensation effect" in lens apparent in Photos 5 & 6

Strap has lost its elasticity see Photo No.8

Provenance -These Goggles belonged to my late Father who joined the Fleet Air Arm in 1943 and had a flying career of nearly 30 years on over 40 different types of aircraft, 10 years of which were as a Test Pilot . I am however, unable to say the exact years they were used.
