U.S. World War I Fundraising Posters Group. Four (4) large print posters in lot, including; an official U.S. Treasury Department printed poster, 17 x 24 1/8", printed by Government Printing Office, proclaiming to "Save and Invest in the Safest Simplest Security buy War Saving Stamps, (W.S.S.) , with intentions of $4.12 in Jan. 1918 being worth $5 by 1918. Together with a 14 x 22 5/8", "Tag Day" print of the 101st Signal Corps proclaiming it for Nov. 30, 1918… "GIVE!" . Printed by "The Stetson Press" , Boston. And two similar prints, "Stamp! Stamp!! Stamp!!! the BOYS are MARCHING , Buy War Savings Stamps" showing a war illustration backdrop, illustrated by a "T.O. McGill" .
Original folds with minor wear around margins and corners, the set of blue prints have more significant tears at creases into print, minor tearing to corner of Signal Corps print and minor loss towards top margin of largest print… as shown.
