You are looking at a ORIGINAL german youth knife from World War two. This knife was given to boys who were too young to join the army, but were being groomed to do so at a later stage in life. This knife is a WONDERFUL piece of history and great for any WWII collection. Now, some details... The knife is 10 inches in overall length. The blade has some wear to it, obviously, but is in very good condition. On the blade it is engraved RZ above an M and all of that is in a circle. Below that is the numbers M 7/31. The pictures that you are looking at it the reverse side of the knife. It has a brown wooden handle. T is a small crack underneath the handle as I have shown in the pictures. However the knife is very stable. On the other side of the knife is the "symbol of the time" for the German army. I encourage anyone who is interested to email me and I can send additional photos of "ALL" the knife. The scabbard is metal and in great condition. It has the original leather belt strap still attached. On the shipping I charge a flat rate no matter w in the U.S. Along with the shipping I charge to have the item delivery confirmed.
