An awesome estate sale find. An antique ( Victorian Era ?) Christmas Stocking for Babys first Christmas. This is long measuring approx 26". I believe this is handmade. I tried to take some close up pics of the stitching and material. One side depicts Santa at the Chimney with a sack full of toys and says Merry Christmas at the bottom. The other side has baby underneath the fireplace with the stocking hung with care ... At the bottom of this it says "Hang Up the Baby's Stocking Be Sure You Dont Forget The Little Dimpled Darling Has Never Seen X Mas Yet." Condition is good for the age ... some fading but I dont see any tears or holes. I have not attempted to clean this. Pleas eemail with any quesiotns. Buyer pays shipping. MO or paypal.
