If you love Weller, cattails, vases, or just fabulous vintage pottery, then you'll definitely want to bid on this Ardsley half-stamp Weller vase! This est ate vase stands approximately 7 1/4" high and measures about 2 3/4" in diameter at its base. The opening of the vase has a wonderful "zig-zag" appearance, depicting the ends of leaves, and measures about 2 3/4" in diameter. This authentic Weller vase is in terrific condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs (t is one very tiny spot of white paint on the tip of one of the leaves that does not appear to be prefactory.) The bottom of this vase is marked with a dark blue half stamp that reads "Weller" and something that is no longer legible. It is also marked with an "H". The 3-dimensional cattails on this vase adds even more to its attractiveness. This piece would look great standing alone as a piece of art work - which is what Weller pottery truly is - or holding a smaller arrangement of cattails.
