George Fine China Company by renowned American artist Cynthie Fisher of "EVENING GLIMMER" under the sponsorship of the Society for the Preservation of Birds of Prey -- this is the third issue in the series "Spirits of the Sky" . This limited edition collectors plate is made of fine china for decorative purposes only. Plate is approx. 8 1/2" wide - Number 3090A/Brandex #84-G20-96.3 and issued in 1992. The Plate features an owl in flight over a snowy field. Plate is in excellent condition, free of chips and cracks. NICE COLORS with great detail!
