Vintage Wurlitzer/Rock-Ola Jukebox Grill Parts Once upon a time, my bachelor uncle worked as a jukebox speaker tester at the old Wurlitzer plant in Buffalo, NY. Time passed, the plant closed down, and uncle was given an early retirement we can only dream about. He was also given a few souvenirs, which he stashed in the garage and forgot. The garage eventually collapsed, and out of the rubble I fished these four pieces of decorative jukebox grillwork. Their art deco design caught my eye, so I put them aside, thinking to make them into some sort of display. Of course, I never got around to it, so after many years, they are. It's time they found a home with someone who can actually use them for their intended purpose. Think of it as a belated Christmas present to yourself. Description: Four chrome-plated jukebox grill pieces. Center rectangles in photo are 6.5" x 17.5" at longest points. Half-arches on either side are 6.5" x 15". Rectangular pieces nest into outer arched sections, with overlapping flanges to create two long pairs. Some scratches, light pitting and a little corrosion in spots. If you're old enough to remember what chrome car bumpers looked like after 4 or 5 years of street parking in a northern state, it's like that. No actual rust that I can see. No year, make or model number is marked on parts. Another eBay member has kindly identified these as being from a late 1940s Rock-Ola. See member questions below for more information. Screws are missing. Orangey reflections in photograph are due to my camera, and are not present on the grillwork. Actual unpackaged weight: 5 1/4 lbs.
