condition:

this organ doesn't work perfectly it has some problems and needs some repair

due to age and use it has some marks and scratches (see 3rd to last and last picture), especially to the pedal (see 2nd to last picture) and the keys show light wear

altogether this is a fantastic instrument!

Shipping insurance: All items shipped by TS & Company require shipping insurance. The fee is 7.5% of the total sales price and will be reflected on the invoice. Tracking is included with each item. Signature delivery is available on request.

Combined shipping is available for multiple auctions when the items are at the same location. However, to ensure safe delivery, the items must be compatible. The combined shipping costs will be included on the final invoice.

Guarantee & Returns: Manufacturer warranties are not available because we are not licensed dealers of these products. However, as TS & Company, we offer a 14 day return policy on items that are defective or broken. This does not include products broken because of misuse or shipment. For furniture shipping insurance is included, for other items available upon special request. By placing a bid you accept these conditions.

Payment options: PayPal, Money Order, or Cashier's checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. PayPal payments are due within 7 days. If you are mailing payment to us, payment must be sent within 7 days and we must be informed of the sending date. If payment is not made within this time, you forfeit all rights to the item. For local pick-up the item has to be picked up within the next 14 days after the auction has closed!

After the auction: As soon as the auction is over, you will have the opportunity to "Pay Now; from the auction's page. You will also be sent an eMail with a link back to the page to follow through this Check Out procedure. Please go through this procedure regardless of payment type. If you are sending a Money Order, this will also allow you to put in your Shipping address and inform us of your payment type.
