is an excellent example of a GREAT PIECE OF TRENCH ART! The shell features the CROSS OF LORRAINE of the 79th Infantry Division! It is one of two featuring the Cross of Lorraine that I am putting up for auction today. Under the Ivy motif are the following battles: St. MIHIEL, VERDUN, CAMBRAI, ARGONNE.
