WW II (1939-1945) (Sterbebilder) German Soldier's Death Card, for Franz Gsellhofer Army Anti-aircraft Artillery Battery Awards: Iron Cross 2nd Class (Ribbon Visible) The Assault Badge, (Visible) The Army Flak Badge, (Visible) Son of a Woodturner from Thurnhofen Has died the heroic death for the Leader and his home country from a bad injury, which he had suffered the day before on July 15th 1943 at the age of 23 years at the Eastern Front. (Place of death: Main casualty station in Tomarovka in Russia-Probaly buried in Kursk Besedino in Russia.) Condition: Nice card and photo of this soldier in his uniform, wearing his medals. (Card has some age and wear from time.) 4 1/2" x 4" Card Size "No Cards Sold to South America". Thanks for Looking.
