WW2 carrying case for ZF 4 Scope and Mount for G-43 / K-43 Rifle. The carring case is constructed of fiberboard sides and wood and was made to carry the ZF 4 scope and accessories. As you can see from the pictures the outside does have some small scratchs and a few small dings but overall in nice shape. When open, lens disk were held in small compartment with cut out, and rain shield was held in place by the dowl in the cover. The Inside the cover is WaA 217 for Biedermann & Czarnikow, Berlin. I have put an original mount, scope and shade in this unit and every thing fits correctly. The interior of the case shows wear of use were both the mount and scope rest. On the outside corners were the paint in wearing thin you can see a dark red or brick color that was used as a primer. I do not have the original leather shoulder strap for this. I am not an expert on scope carry cases, I have ask several friends that are serious collectors and we believe this is a true legititment item. That being said, I am not guaranteeing this as original, I did not pick it up from a battle field and bring it home. Bid with confidence I work hard to keep a 100% feedback, If I believed this was a repo I would list it as such. Feel free to ask any questions that you have or if you would like any specific pictures. Please contact me for the buy it now price
