Each sleeve has excellent bullion nurse insignia and sleeve stripes. The pinback ribbons are American Campaign and World War II Victory Medal. All buttons are correct period, attached and matching. No rips on the inside lining. The inside lining label is marked Regulation U.S. Navy Nurse's Uniform. From seam to seam across the top back is 13 1/2 inches. The sleeve length is 22 inches. From front armpit to armpit buttoned is 18 inches. No holes
