The front left side of the tank has been broken off (36mm wide) at some stage and glued back on leaving a large crack. Apart from this there is no other damage. All auctions end over Saturday and Sunday which constitutes a trading weekend. All auction lots will be posted on monday, providing that payment has been received. Auction lots will be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment otherwise. I use Royal Mail 2nd class which takes 2 to 3 working days. The majority of parcels will arrive by Wednesday, though some will arrive on Thursday/Friday. Payment by cheque is welcomed; auction lots will be posted as soon as I receive the cheque. UK ONLY: FLAT POSTAGE RULE (2ND CLASS): £2.00 minimum/maximum P&P charge for all auction listings won in a Saturday to Sunday trading weekend period.Items are packed in purpose-made cardboard packaging boxs, with bubble-wrap round each item and foam chips in between. For people who win many of my auction listings and have a lot of china to be posted to them I use large sturdy cardboard boxes with plenty of bubblewrap and lots of polystyrene chips. I have never posted an item/items to somebody and had any of them damaged in the post. Be assured that my packaging is A1, just as it always was. I try to be as honest as possible when describing china and not overstate condition, rather to be as accurate as I can be. It is not necessary to give a reason why you want a full refund, and I will not ask for one. Quick and simple, I just want the china back so I can list it again the next week.I have been informed by some of my buyers that PayPal now automatically debits a buyer's account to pay for ebay listings as soon as each auction is won if there is enough money in a buyer's PayPal account to do so, without giving the buyer the option to pay when and how they want. I have now been made aware of this and for buyers who purchase multiple listings from me and are charged £2.00 postage per listing bought, I will make a payment by PayPal (to the same PayPal account that was used to pay me) to reimburse any monies received for postage in excess of £2.00. Perhaps the best way to avoid this situation from occuring is to not have any money in your paypal account until you have bought all the items that you want to buy from me, then I will send out invoices after the last listing has finished on Sunday night. You can then transfer money into PayPal to pay me or use PayPal to pay me using your debit/credit card. For overseas buyers if excess postage is paid I will repay it as per my international postage charges above. I have 29 pages of top-notch feedback, without ever having received a negative feedback.
