181-08 ~ Up for auction is a great WW1 Cavalry commission for Captain for Mack Garr. The document is in good condition and strong at folds. The document is signed by Assistant Secretary of War Wm. Ingraham also has the official blue seal. The writing is dark and very legible. The document measures 16" x 20". It will be mailed folded unless buyer wants special shipping.
