This listing is for a WW1 German Combat Bayonet.

The German Combat Bayonet is manufacture marked Weyersberg Kirschbaun & Co. The Blade is 9 7/8" and it shows that it has been sharpened, light surface scratches, and some dark spots The O.A. is 15" The cross guard is Regimental Marked 3.3. R.5.1. (See photo Provided) The handles are wood that show used and scratches and small chips, but are all intact, tight and very useable The pommel of the bayonet is stamped with a crown and letter marked On the spine of the blade it is stamped with a crown letter marked "W" and has a number 87 The Combat bayonet has no scabbard available The piece is original very interesting and would make a nice addition to your military blade collection
