For auction is a full size original, period, solid silver, Meritorious Service Medal, awarded to 201295 Sgt Frank Nettleton 4 West Riding Regiment.It has the ornate, swivelling, scroll suspension type, used until 1927, after which it was fixed.It is in excellent condition, has the correct ribbon and is correctly named on the rim, as per pics.I have included a copy of the National Archives extract, which shows his entitlement details.This medal is guaranteed genuine and as such, I will offer a full refund, minus postage costs if you are unhappy with this purchase.I will only post special delivery(for insurance purposes)due to the intrinsic value of this much sought after and rare medal.Please see my other auctions for more medals and militaria, as I am slowly selling off my entire collection.!
