NO RESERVE SO BID TO BUY! 1904 Medal. Depicts a young Franz Joseph I and has an inscription including his title as Emperor of Austria on the obverse, and Hungary and Bohemia on the reverse. The ribbon is mounted in a metal device which is marked to a maker, elaborate suspension and very weill made. When it was issued, it must have been very impressive given the detail and workmanship. The medal measures approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter. The ribbon is soiled and faded. Most of the gilt is worn from the medal and t is an area of dark tarnish on the obverse. Wear and surface scratching. You are bidding on the material pictured. Buyer pays fixed amount of $2.00 for shipping anyw in the world (regular airmail). Special shipping arrangements made at cost. Insurance is additional and provided at the option of buyer (buyer assumes the risk of loss if no insurance). California buyer pays sales tax. I will ship outside of the United States as indicated, but, as insurance is generally not available, international buyers assume risk of loss. This is a hobby, not a living for me, and it remains enjoyable only if it is fun for everyone; tfore, I have a liberal return policy on everything I trade. Thank you for trading with me on Ebay!
