WW1 Y Strap SUSPENDERS Belt Marked SEPT 1918 RUSSELL

Up for auction is a Khaki color suspenders. I do not know if they were used in WW 1however they are marked on the inside shoulder strap: SEPT. RUSSELL (inside oval circle) 1918 The other shoulder strap also has markings which looks like it reads: 101 O.U(?)S. SQDRN 530 The straps are adjustable and has some sort of metal hooks at the ends. The widest part of the shoulder strap measures 2 ½ " wide. Please see pictures for a better description and for the condition of these old suspenders.
