WW11 rare ashtray. Made from a Rolls Royce "merlin" engine piston as used in the British Spitfire !!!! UPPER part engraved : Never in the field of Human Conflict was so much owed by so many to so few - signed Winston Churchill MIDDLE part engraved : Royal Air Force - with insignia LOWER part engraved : Made from a Rolls Royce "merlin" engine piston as used in The Battle of Britain - August - October 1940. Measures : 5 1/4 inches - made of stainless steel. BACK part engraved : Made in England..........
