WW2 BEIGE SERVICE CAP ~*~*~ This is a Beige Service Cap. It is a close-fitting body, a smaller stitched, semirigid visor and a narrow front strap in the rare and difficult to find Beige color. It was made by the Knox Company. This hat belonged to 1st Leiutenant in the US Army during WW2 who is listed in the Unit roster Staff of Nurses of the 96th Evacuation Hospital. The Hospital was activated on August 5, 1942. Her name was Adeline A Helt.. It is in great condition, the only issue is a spot on the top which photographed.
