This Buy it Now auction is for an American Second World War era Officer's Foot Locker / Trunk. Enlisted men would just travel with belongings in a duffel bag. Officer's on the other hand would get to have a trunk like the one that is offered here for sale. The trunk is old and used, and is in Relic Condition. The lock no longer works, but the clasps do still work. The leather handle on the front is ripped. The paper lining on the inside is falling apart. It is 2 Foot 7 Inches, by 1 Foot 5 Inches, by 1 Foot 1 Inches in size. It weighs around 30 LBS. It will not fit in a flat rate postal box.

Normally I have old used items in bad to good Used Condition. They typically are in used condition and may have defects such as stains, moth holes, dirt, dents, scratches, etc. These items are 70 years old and things slowly get destroyed by time. Please do not expect something in new condition. These items are in used condition. Most of the vintage items I list are not meant to be wearable clothing, or as usable items. They are sold as old collectables only.

Shipping will be done via the US Postal Service. Priority Mail will be the means of shipping and Delivery Confirmation will be used. Overseas buyers will have a United States Customs Declaration Form Tracking Number. The item weighs around 30 lbs

The only acceptable means of I ONLY accept PayPal payments!!! Typically there is an error with the calculated shipping. I try to use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes to make the shipping cost more set in stone. Sometimes I have to have the clerk at the post office tell me the exact shipping cost. If you send immediate payment, you either might overpay or underpay for the shipping cost. After you send payment I'll package the item and have the clerk at the post office inform me of the exact shipping amount. If you overpaid for the shipping amount I will refund the excess shipping amount. If you sent immediate payment and underpaid for the shipping cost I will have to send you a PayPal request for the rest of the shipping amount needed to be able to mail the item. Also, I am typically broke without any funds over a dollar in my bank account. It takes between 3 to 5 days for PayPal Funds to transfer to my bank account. I will not be able to mail an item until after the PayPal funds finish transferring over to my bank. I'm not trying to play games and cheat anyone on the shipping costs. I'm trying to be 100% up front and honest.

I mostly only leave other people feedback after they leave me feedback. Chances are, if you don't leave me any feedback I'll probably not leave you any either.

Return policy:

My preference for a return policy is, All Sales Final! No Returns! I try to be 100% Honest and show photos and describe items the best I can. Items tend to be old, used, and as is. There is an ebay policy against Buyer's Remorse, it has helped me win quit a few dispute cases in the past.
