WW2 British Army first generation night vision scope. In used condition as can be seen in the photos. The battery pack is flat and the unit is untested therefore sold as not working untested. The serial numbers on the leather case read - O.S.1601A CASE FOR PATT O.S.960 G.A. and the numbers on the scope read O.S.960 GA. The leather on the case looks in good condition but the straps on both the case and the scope feel 'dry' and could do with some leather feed. These scopes were used on the DDay invasion by special forces and in other WW2 campaigns and were years ahead of anything the Americans or Germans had at their disposal. Would make an ideal addition to any WW2 collection. This scope would be great for WW2 re-enactors for the 70th anniversary of the DDay landings next year.
