Up for bid is four glass cups from WW2 era 1942 marked The Field Artillery School Ft. Sill, OKLA. Above that is written Cedat Fortuna Peritis which means (skill is better than luck) which is an army motto. They are in the origional box with the origional packing newspaper from 1942. I unwrapped the newspaper to get some pictures. Some pieces of the paper talk about the war and hitler. It is amazing to read about what was going on back then and to see how different it really was. Along with the price differences of things. T are twelve sections of newspaper that are very delicate. The glass cups are in perfect shape with no cracks or scratches, I don't think they have ever been used. They are definately a peice of american history. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for looking and don't forget to check out my other aucitons.
