WW2 German M42 ET64 (Original Shell) Helmet with Repro Liner & Chicken Wire Basket. I purchased this helmet from German-Helmets Inc. several years ago for my collection display. Helmet is a original pre-1945 produced German M42 Steel Helmet. The shell has been restored/refurbished with a reproduction chin strap and liner installed. Reproduction chicken wire basket was added by me after I purchased it. I purchased this from German Helmets Inc. I purchased this from Ken because the quality helmets he sells ( says he won't touch anything other then original shells)and the pride he takes in his work. Helmet shell is a size 64 with a leather liner size 56. There are numbers 2557 & ET64 stamped in the shell. Helmet is painted the wartime "Feld-Grau" rough textured paint. No decals are on helmet (he does not sell them with decals). If you are curious about his helmets you can go to his website and research what I am saying.
