WW2 German steel helmet. I was told the history of this helmet that it was used for the security of the Triumph factory in the Netherlands during the war. The previous owner was from Holland. There is a small area of very light rust on the front of the helmet where the paint has worn away. There are no dents or other damage to the helmet. The outer paint coating could be original, just not sure.The leather liner is in very good condition and the chin strap is also in good condition. The head size of the liner is 55cm in circumference and it is marked on the liner, slightly too small for my head.
