This is a completely chromed WW2 Rolled Edge German Helmet, it HAS NO DECALS ON IT AT ALL. I do not know if the Germans chromed it or it was chromed after the war. The chrome looks old and has rust spots coming through in places. The outer chrome surface also shows many scratches, some of these may polish out with a good buffer and chrome restorer. The inner surface of the chrome helmet shows much freckling, like it may have never been polished out after chroming. T is only a partial liner, mainly the metal band with remnants of the padding. One chin strap is still hanging on, the leather is dry and stiff. The stampings in the helmet show a number "64" and "3655". The helmet doesn't really have any dents or dings, nice and still in its original shape. I cannot guarantee anything about this helmet, it is just as found and will be sold "as is" to the highest bidder.
