WW2 US Army Air Corps Survival Kit Pocket Watch Compass INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If you are outside of the USA and wish to bid on one of my items, you must contact me for approval before bidding. If you do not, I will cancel your bid and add you to my blocked bidders list. PAYMENT: I offer PayPal; however, I recognize that t are exceptions and circumstances that may apply. Please feel free to contact me if you need to make special arrangements. Money orders and checks are accepted with prior coordination. DESCRIPTION: This auction is for a pocket watch size (1-3/4" in diameter) compass that was issued to the flight crews of the US Army Air Forces during WWII as part of their survival gear. It is original and works perfectly. I have two of these, one in the original issue box which I have pictured in Photo 3. The box lid gives you the official information about the compass. The box is not for sale. You are only bidding on the compass pictured, and i am offering it with NO RESERVE. Good Luck!SHIPPING: I will only ship to Shipping cost does not include Insurance in an effort to keep cost down. If you want Insurance, you must request it. The shipping cost does include Delivery Confirmation. The shipping cost I have added will be sufficient for most items I sell. However, the exact amount required cannot be determined until the item sells and I have a location and Zip Code w I must ship the item. If it is insufficient, I will notify you in your Invoice or by email. All items are shipped by the US Postal Service unless we agree to something else, or an item requires to be shipped by ground transportation, then I use your preference. I do not ship everything by Priority Mail. If weight or size dictates Priority Mail then so be it. Otherwise, I will ship First Class Mail which is usually only a day later. GRADING: I only list original antiques and collectibles. I believe you will find that my descriptions are accurate -- without embellishment. My condition rating system is: poor, fair, good, excellent or mint. Sometimes the condition has a modifier such as near, plus or very. I seldom list an item with a condition below fair plus. When condition is debatable, I try to understate the rating so that the buyer will always be satisfied. Another auction from oziskansas
