This is a vintage pair of World War Two US Army "US" and 'WW1 Tank' ARMORED tanker's enlisted man's collar pins/ collar discs. These were made in the 1930's to World War 2, and these are not hallmarked. These are the WWII screwback variety. These are real, vintage, old, used, WORLD WAR TWO TANKER / ARMORED / ARMOR DISCS! These are the WW2 pattern, made with the screw-backs, that enlisted soldiers wore on their dress (class "A") uniform jackets during the late 1930s and WWII if they were in an armored or tank unit or armor division. The enlisted soldier would wear the pair of disks on the upper lapels, they would wear the branch of service pin and the "U.S." pin. On the lower lapels they would wear their unit crests, or Distinctive Unit Insignia/DUI/DI's. These are used, and have been worn, but are still in good shape. They have some age and patina, but are ready to go on that tank driver's uniform! They are ready to use and wear, or to display, right now. These would be proudly worn on the enlisted man's ike jacket, or the army service coat tunic or jacket. They would really spice up a uniform. (The US Army Armored divisions, and the Tank Battalions and Armor Regiments and the Armored School at Fort Knox, they all wore these collar dogs if they were tankers! ) This set of collar brass/ collar discs would be PERFECT with the DUI /
