WW2 Paper/Dog Tag Group Original small paper group from a veteran of 42 Armored Infantry Battalion, 2 Armor Division, as follows: 1) Captured Weapons authorization for 1 Automatic Pistol, Zehna Cal. 6.35 dated 13 November 1945. (No, I wasn't able to get the pistol!) 2) Pay book, WD AGO Form 28, 26 March 1942, issued 01 Nov 1945 but never filled out 3) Camp Hood, Texas 2 Armor Div NCO Club membership card, 1946 4) Camp Hood, Texas 42 Armored Inf Bn NCO Club membership card, 1946-47 5) Pay book, same as (2) above but issued 23 March 1943, has had top corner cut off when the soldier was reassigned 6) Motor Vehicle Operators Permit, OO Form 7360, 07 December 1942, issued 10 July 1946 7) Soldiers Permanent Pass, WD AGO Form 8, 01 April 1946, issued 10 August 1946 8) Single dog tag, nickel plated brass, named to GREENLEAF, 35-prefix service number (drafted), T43 tetanus date, blood type O, religion Protestant, next of kin address Lakewood, Ohio. All pieces show some degree of age and use but still display well. Nice small paper group all from the same man, in good condition and one price gets it all!
